Beer Reads and Pub Crawl

Today is the 4th Annual Columbia Pub Crawl. If you are reading this on Saturday between 11:30 AM and 6:00 PM, I’ll be on a pathway, sidewalk, pub or brewery experiencing a tiny bit of Columbia.

The weather this year promises to be a lot drier than last year. Let’s hope the forecast stays true.

The Baltimore Sun, Partial demolition of Columbia shopping center destroyed in gas explosion to begin in December. This explosion has affected Columbia in so many ways. Our pub crawl route has changed due to the Pub Dog closing. Thanks to Terpfan33 for passing on this link.

The Northwest Beer Guide, Stone Brewing Company and Sweetwood Films announce the release of “The Beer Jesus From America”. Looks like an interesting documentary.

Matador Network, Only in Denver can you do a brewery crawl in theĀ airport. This almost makes me wish I was still working and traveling to Denver.

Eater, In a Local Beer, a National Hero. Simply inspiring.

Independent, BREWERY LAUNCHES NEW BEER TO ENCOURAGE MARGINALISED YOUNG PEOPLE TO VOTE. Free beer to people who vote…what a concept!

CBC, ‘Misogynistic’ marketing of Nine Locks’ Dirty Blonde beer sparks debate. As a father and husband, I think this is an important conversation.

Warren’s Beer Adventures, Ten Winter Beers for the Holidays. With the possibility of snow Sunday, it’s time for this old post. IMHO, the choices all still stand the test of time.

Cheers!

Warren
