I hope everyone has survived National Drink Beer Day. It is a ridiculous holiday but not as ridiculous as this picture of me adorned in some of my homegrown garden squash.

For this Saturday, I’ve collected a few links to keep you up to date about the beer world. So, take a break, and enjoy these nuggets of craft beer wisdom.

A week ago, I cracked open my homebrew ginger beer, Sapwort Ginger.  It’s a decent ale but is it a ginger beer or ginger ale? I’ve always been confused about the terms until I read Ginger Beer vs Ginger Ale, Explained.

The results are in from the annual Great American Beer Festival out of Denver Colorado. Surprisingly, No New England Breweries Won Medals for NEIPA. In fact, Chicago Brewers Dominate Hazy IPA Awards.

I don’t normally drink lagers but I really enjoy Oktoberfest beers. Read about the very best Oktoberfest beers.

It looks like Oregon has made huge strides in reuse. They are the first in the nation to Roll Out a New Reusable Bottle for All the State’s Breweries.

Finally, IHop Now Is Brewing Pumpkin Pancake Beer. I bet you can’t guess the name.
