Point Lookout Beer Reads

Mrs. Adventures and I just returned from a couple of days camping in rural and beautiful Southern Maryland. We camped at the tip of Southern Maryland in Point Lookout State Park. It was a nice getaway.

Maryland State Parks are very nice. For a craft beer lover, their rule of no alcohol feels a bit too restrictive. The National Parks go to the other extreme, often selling beer in the local camp stores. I’d be curious how my readers feel about this.

Back home, I’m enjoying Father’s Day. Happy Father’s Day to all my dad readers. While enjoying a cold brew on this special day, below are a few craft beer reads to ponder.

Bikes&Beers, Beer Unites! UNION CRAFT for a 5th year! Saturday, June 22nd, ride bikes either 15 or 30 miles with sponsored stops along the way.

Baltimore Business Journal, Hoco Brew Hive will replace T-Bonz Grille & Pub in Ellicott City. I’m very curious about this honey-based restaurant with promises of plenty of craft beer.

The Baltimore Sun, DuClaw Brewing Co. location in Arundel Mills mall to close. Sad, but not unexpected.

Cheers!
