Mark Schwarz, co-founder of Omega Yeast, will be here at Maryland Homebrew to discuss the unique features and uses of Norwegian yeast strains (and how these features allow brewers to create popular styles like IPAs and Imperial Stouts), along with Lactobacillus and some inside info about cell counts and starters. This will be a great event to learn about some of their yeast strains, ask questions and sample some things made with their yeast.
