After weeks of waiting, I submitted my 3 Fireside Chat Ales to the Febrewary Homebrew Fireside Chat AleCompetition.  We all went into Maryland Homebrew (MDHB) to document this momentous occasion. A crowd of cheering well-wishers greeted us (well, maybe just one nice guy) among streamers, flashing lights and blaring horns (none of that) to celebrate the delivery of our “winning” beers.

We submitted 3 different beers by 3 different brewers. All are delicious. They are a hefeweizen, a Dubbel, and a winter warmer.

 

 

 

On February 22nd at 6:00 PM at Black Flag Brewing, the winners will be announced. I’ll be there, will you?
