Fire Side Chat Uncapped

After visiting Florida, 35° F is a shock, so a winter warmer is in order. I iced down a bottle of my very own Fireside Chat Ale and waited. A few hours later, the wait was worth it. Sipping a glass by the fire, I found it malty and fresh with a creamy Fireside Chat tastedhead and a grassy finish.

On February 8th, I’ll drop three bottles off to Maryland Homebrew for submission to Febrewary. The winners will be announced at Black Flag on February 22nd. Wish me luck!
